Today, I went to a golf course in Ibaraki.

Actually, I got up 5 a.m. This was because I went with my husband's golf friends ,who were all over 45 years old.

Therefore, my husband had to pick two members up on the way by our car.

His golf friends are all crazy about golf. As a result, they all have knowledges about golf. In addition, they practice so hard, so they are fond of and good at teaching it others. Fourtunately, I am only female member today. Moreover, even my age, which you never know how old I am, I am a youngest one among them. I could take a lot of private lessons from them by free.

However, don't ask me about today's my score.

今日は、茨城のゴルフコースに行ってきました。

なんと、朝5時起きです。　というのも・・・旦那さまのゴルフ仲間と一緒に行ってきたんす。他のメンバーはみんな45歳以上の年上の方々ばかり。

なので・・・私たちの車で二人の方をうちの車で、拾っていったのでした。

旦那さまのゴルフ仲間はみんな、ゴルフ大好きで・・・ゴルフについてたくさん勉強しています。つまり・・たくさん練習していて、　他の人に教えるのも好きで、得意なのであります。

ラッキーなことに、女性は私だけだったので・・・私の歳でさえ・・・（私の歳をご存じでないと思いますが・・・）一番若かったのです。なので・・ただで、たくさんの個人レッスンをうけれてしまいました。

でも、『今日の私のスコアは聞かないでぇ・・・』

Sometimes I feel difficult to believe myself.

At that time, I am trying to face my thoughts and myself throughly.

In these days, fortunately, I have more opportunities to have a conversation with people who are familiar with all kinds of fields.

Ceartainly, I can get various advice and view points. However, I sometimes have questions about them. Rather than questions, I am likely to doubt my opinion or intention.

But whenever I feel so, I convince myself that there are nobody if I don't believe my possibility and my instinct.

If I was going to regret, it was much better to try what I wanted to do rather than abandoning some new challenges by following others opinions. This is because that's my life, right?

Perhaps, seccess is whether I continue on believing myself.

I would like to move forward with a lot of efforts that are necessary to achieve my goal since I don't want to give up my dream.

ときどき、自分を信じることが難しくなることがあります。

そんなとき、とことん、自分の考えとか、自分と向き合うようにしています。

最近、ﾗｯｷｰなことに、あらゆる分野に精通している方とお話をさせていただく機会が多くなりました。
もちろん、さまざまなアドバイスや、視点をお聞きすることができます。　でも、時々、疑問を持つこともあります。

疑問というよりとか、『自分の意見』とか、『自分のやりたいこと』　に自信がなくなりそうになるのです。

でも、そう感じるときには、いつも、「私が自分の可能性や感覚」を信じてあげないで、誰が信じるの？と自分に言い聞かせます。

もし、将来、後悔するなら、誰かの意見に従って、挑戦することをあきらめるより、自分のやりたいことをやった方がずっといい。　だって、私の人生ですもんね。

もしかすると、成功とは・・・自分のことを信じ続けられるかどうか・・・なのかもしれませんね。

やりたいことをするために、たくさん努力をして・・・前に進んでいきたい。　途中で　夢をあきらめたくないと思ったのでした。

Title: A Report Of My Mini Session & A Meeting With Wonderful Womens.

It is too late, but I am going to report on last weekends' my first session and reunion party with my peers.

What I feel whenever the meeting with my peers of the female entreprenuer school finishes is that I would like to talk with them more. This time is also no exception.

For this meeting, we used a sweet room in the hotel, New Otani Makuhari, so the atomospher
was so gogeous and the view from windows were very special. We could see blue sea and sky and beutiful sunset.

In addition, Three mini seminars were provided by graduated students of the female entreprenure school. You know, one of them was mine.

2： The training of telling skill :Let's tell the image of a photo by words only.- by Megumu
3：My session- "How to produce a good environment which you can achieve your goal.
-The mysterious relationship between Sales strategy and Marriage life"

The atomosphere was like this.

At the first session, the instructor, sasakiyo, judged the personal color. It is very embarassing but I realized　importance of knowing my personal color that makes me look better for the first timethe .

I will follow the advice from sasakiyo. According to her, the personal color seems to work effectively to hide wrinkles on the faces.

That's so great.!!!

About Megumi's one, she always produce an interesting session. She makes us remember basic things like this topic. I realised the importance of expressing by words again.

だいぶ遅いですが・・・先週末の私のミニセミナーと女性起業塾の仲間との再会について報告しちゃいます。

いつも、起業塾の仲間との再会のあとは、「話がつきないなぁー」と思います。今回もそうでした。

今回は、　ニューオータニ幕張の　スウィートルーム　を使わせて頂きました。

雰囲気が、ゴージャスで、窓からの風景は素晴らしかったです。　

青い海と空・・・それにすっごく綺麗なサンセットも見れちゃいました。

そして、今回は3つのセミナーが行われました。どれも、起業塾の卒業生によるものです。

そうなんです。私のがその一つでした。

雰囲気はこんな感じです。

最初のセミナーでは、講師のささきよさんが、ﾊﾟｰｿﾅﾙｶﾗｰ診断をしてくれました。

恥ずかしいんですけど・・・外見をよりよく見せてくれるという　「ﾊﾟｰｿﾅﾙｶﾗｰ」を知ることの大切さに初めて気づきした。　

これからは、彼女に教えてもらったアドバイスを実践していこうと思います。彼女によると・・・パーソナルカラーは、顔の「シワ」を隠すのに効果的みたいです。

そして、Megumuのですが・・・彼女はいつも面白い内容のセミナーをしてくれます。今回のトッピックスのように基本の大事なところを思い出させてくれます。

おかげさまで、改めて言葉で伝えることの重要性を認識できました。

Just now, I finished making the materials for tomorrow's my session.

Moreover, I have prepared　two versions of questionaries.　I worked so hard.
One is about this seminar, another is about travelling.

I guess you think why I will ask about travelling, don't you?

Originally, I would liket to provide some better information or tour plans for foreign tourists in order to promote distinguishing Japan or Japanese more.

I come up with this idea to ask my peers of the female entreprenuer school by my original questionarie. Don't you think this is a good one?

I am going to get honest feedback from my peers. I want to refer to consider my future business plnas.

However, I am still worrying about my session.

ふぅー。

たぶん、何で「旅行？」って思ってますよね。

もともと、日本と日本人をもっと、外国人観光客のみなさんに理解してもらうために、より良い情報とか、ツアープランをお届けしたいなぁと思っていたのです。

そんなとき、あっ、アンケートで起業塾の仲間に聞いてみればいい。と思ったんです。
将来のビジネスプランの参考にしたいと思います。

でも、まだ、不安ですが・・・

Title: I am close to fix the content of mini seminar.

Following yesterday, I was stuck in a cafe to brainstorm about my first mini session.

Then, I barely am getting close to fix the content. Now, I can imagine the flow of the seminar.

The title is......

"How to produce a good environment which you can achieve your goal.
-The mysterious relationship between Sales strategy and Marriage life"

Since I think this oppotunity as a seminar and I am very nervous and come to the ready, I consider this as a chance to exchange opinions with my peers.

Probably, I am going to move mine forward with taking a few thinking times during this session.

I will forcus my latest awareness to make the change of my mindset by using my biography.

I wonder whether my session will succeed in. Anyway, I will prepare handouts from now.

なんだか、この機会を　「セミナー」とかって思うと　緊張して、身構えてしまうので、　仲間との意見交換の場として、考えることにしました。

自分の今までの　生活を振り返りながら、私の考え方を変えてくれた　最近の「気づき」に焦点を絞っていこうとおもいます。

どうなることやら・・・　とにかく、これから、配布資料づくりです。

大人のための英語講座009　英語を続ける「組み合わせ」の法則

Title: The Rule Of Combination that makes you keep on learning English.

Today is the first "English lecture for adults" in a long time.

I would like to give you a tip for keeping on learning English following vol.002 of "English lecture for adults."

That is "the combination of more than two kinds of "studying ways."
If you try this, you can expect Synergetic Effect.

<Example >
"the combination of "　newspaper (for reading) "and "TV news program( for listening)" about a same topic.

Key Point:
　It doesn't matter which you do first. If you watch TV first, when you read the newspaper, you'll confirm the words or sentences that you couldn't catch. And then, after reading the newspaper if you check a news program,, you must catch more words or phrases than the first time. In addition, you may get new vocabularies with accurate pronanciation of the anchor.

I guess you will enjoy catching more new words on TV. On the other hand, in the newspaper, you will acquire new information when you couldn't make clear by watching TV. Therefore, you also feel pleased.

<Example >
"the combination of "a movie and a novel of the same story."

Key Point:
Please choose your favorite story which you are familiar with the content.

In my case, I chose them

In particular, I love "Leagally Blonde"( Janapese movie title is "Cutie Blonde"), which Reese Witherspoon who won Academy award a few years ago started as a heroin..

Since you've already known about the story, you can guess the meaning of the unknown words that you face in the novel.

It's sudden but "Guessing" is really important to use English.

This is because we are not native. The possiblity to encounter unknown words in the situations you use English is high, even though you study English so hard. Therefore, we have to adapt the circumstances with unknown words.

If you try this way, as a result, you can imagine the story easily. You will accustom to guessing the context easily.

Please try combination.

今日は久しぶりの「大人のための英語講座」です。

大人のための英語講座002 に引き続き、「英語を続けるためのコツ」をお届けしたいと思います。

それは、2種類以上の勉強方法を　組み合わせるというものです。
もし、これを試したら、きっと、相乗効果　が期待できますよ。

＜組合せ例　その＞
ひとつの同じ話題を　「新聞（reading の練習）」と「TVニュース（listening の練習）」の組み合わせ　で　勉強していきます。　

　ポイント　

どちらから先にやるかは、問題ではありません。　もし、先に、テレビを見たなら・・・新聞を読んだ時に、先ほど、聞き取れなかった単語や、文章を確認できるでしょう。　新聞を読んだ後に　再度、ニュースを見たら、きっと、一回目より多くの単語やフレーズを聞きとれると思います。　その上、新しいボキャブラリーを、ニュースキャスターの正しい発音と一緒に覚えられてしまうはずです。

たぶん、TVでは、新しい単語をききとれるようになることを、楽しめると思います。　一方、新聞では、テレビを見ることだけでは「クリア」にできなかった、聞き取れなかったことを　きちんと内容を把握できます。なので、きっと嬉しくなると思います。

＜組合せ例　その＞
ひとつの同じストーリーの　「映画」　と　「本」　の組み合わせ。

　ポイント

内容をよーく知っている、好きなストーリーを選んでください。

私の場合、選んだのがこれ

特に、数年前に、アカデミー賞をとった　リーズ・ウィザースプーンがヒロインで出ている「Leagally Blonde（日本語タイトル「キューティブロンド」が私は大好きです。

もうすでに、内容は知っているので、もし、小説の中で、知らない単語と出会っても、その意味を　guess できると思います。

突然ですが・・・「GUESS」することは、英語を使う上でとっても大事です。

というのも、私たちは、所詮、ネイティブではないからです。
たとえ、一生懸命、英語を勉強をしても、英語を使う場面で、知らない単語に出会う可能性は高いのです。
なので、そのような状況になれないといけません。

これを試してもらったら、簡単に、そのストーリーをイメージできると思います。そして、文脈を読むことにも簡単に慣れると思います。

What can I do for my peers of the female entreprenuer school?

This is because I have become in charge of a mini workshop at a new year party which will be held this weekend.

In fact, four months ago, there was a meeting with same members. At that time, I was asked to provide a mini seminar but I declined.

However, I wonder why I accepted this offer. Of course I know I should not consider about this,

Needless to say, all of my peers are high motivated and always forcus on self-development women, so ...

How and what kind of topic entertains them?

If I can do, I would like to provide them a small hint to solve thier problems that they face.

Now, I am debating about the words which can be key ideas of my mini workshop.

"Woman,"

"My experiences as a sales person & married woman,"　and so on.

I cannot speculate mine any more.
There is no doubt that challenging this will bring me a great experience and a new point of views.

Anyway, I go on brainstorming until I come up with something a good idea.

「女性起業塾」の仲間のみんなに何ができるかなぁ？

というのも・・・今週末にある「新年会」でミニワークショップを担当することになってしまいました。

実は、４か月前にも同じメンバーに会う機会があり、その際にもそんなお話を頂いたのですが・・・断ってしまったのです。でも、なんで今回は受けてしまったのだろう？

もちろん、わかっています。そんなことは考えても仕方ないんですよね。

言う必要もないと思うのですが・・・すべての起業塾の仲間が「モチベーションが高く」いつも、自分磨きにがんばっている人ばかりなんです。だから・・・

どうやったら、そして、どんな話題でみんなに楽しんでもらえるのかな？？

もしできることなら、みんなが直面している問題を解決できる・・・何か小さなヒントでも持って帰ってもらえたらうれしいなぁと思っていますが・・・

今は・・・何か「鍵」になるような言葉について考えています。

「女性」

「営業ウーマン」と「家庭人」としての経験とか・・・

うーん、これ以上は、自分のセミナーを想像できないなぁ。

でも、絶対に、これを頑張ってやれば・・・素敵な経験ができて、「新たな視点」に気づけると思うんです。
とにかく、いいアイデアが浮かぶまで、頑張って考えようっと・・・

◎Birthday Presents

My birthday was last week.

And then, I recieved two wonderful presents from my friends who are both female artists.

Their senses are so great.　As I don't have any artistic sense, I just would like to show others their works.

The first one is this.

A female calligrapher "Shika Tanaka" sent for me.
She was awarded at "Nitten", the most famous art competition in Japan, .

After the competition, she became busier because she was offered to join other exhibitions.
Moreover, she is an emplyee of a company so she has to work on weekdays.

I guess it was hard for her to make a time to create this present.
Therefore, I really pleased and appreciated for her to make a time for me with heartiness.

And second one is below.

In fact, I was asked by the sender of this post card not to put it on my blog.
However, I did. Sorry.

Therefore, I cannot mention about this post card and the presenter any more.
Is it so nice, isn't it?

I would like to pride of their works by showing you.

Now, my desire was satisfied with. Thanks a lot.

先週は、私の誕生日でした。

で、２つの素敵なプレゼントを、女性アーティストの方に頂きました。

彼女たちのセンスは本当に素晴らしいです。私は芸術的センスはまったくないので・・・ただ、彼女たちの作品を見せびらかしたかったんです。

最初のは、こちら・・・

これは、女性書道家　田中　紫花さんの作品。

彼女は、「日展」(日本でもっとも有名な芸術展）に入賞した人なんです。
その「日展」のあと、いろいろな展示会への出展のオファーがあり、以前に増していそがしくなっているんです。

その上、普通の会社員でもあるので、平日はお仕事なんです。

たぶん、このプレゼントのための時間を作るのも大変だったと思います。
なので、本当にうれしく、そして、この時間を私のために、つくってくれたことに感謝しています。

下のは、２つめのプレゼントです。

実は、このポストカードを送ってくれた友人から、ブログにアップしないでほしいといわれていたんです。
でも、アップしちゃった。ごめんなさい。

だから、これ以上、このカード　と　その送り主については書けないんです。

このカードすごくかっこよくないですか？

私ただ、これを自慢したかったんです。みなさんに、見せることで・・・

私の「第六感」　My Sixth Sense

Ｓｉｎｃｅ I have experience of more than 10 years as a sales person, I believe my instinct about business.

Ｗhenever I visit a firm or office, I can feel what kind of company is. Thus, I feel how its employees are treated or required by their bosses or president.

The way which I can figure it out is not only visiting.

For instance,
1: The time which the employ in charge of me makes a call to their cutomers.
2: The length which is set by the company from asking something to the reply.

When adding more explanation ....

Whenever a business partner called, it was before 8:30 A.M, although the starting time of the company that I used to be was 9:00 A.M.

The person often required my reply as quick as a flash. And then, when I called back, the matter wasn't usually urgent.

At that time, I had already submitted some documents that were necessary to start business with a company.

A short time later when handing the documents to the company, the person in charge required to fill with form that had similar content to the previous documents that our company had already given to them. In addition, the deadline of the form was the same day that it asked it.

I had felt that these attitudes didn't have any consideration to our business at all.

Through my experinces, building a good relationship on the situation like this that the business partner doesn't provide any consideration doesn is quite hard.

When feeling something by my sixth sense,

I am always checking or analysing the happened facts carefully.

営業経験が１０年以上あるので・・・私は、自分のビジネスに関する”直感”を信じています。

会社や、事務所　を訪問したりすると、どんな会社なのかわかります。　どういうことかというと・・・そこの社員の方が会社に大事にされているのか？が分かる感じです。

私が、その会社を判断する方法は、訪問だけではありません。

例えば・・・

１：担当者が取引先に電話をかけてくる時間
２：何かお願いしてから、その返信までの設定された時間の長さ

詳しく説明すると・・・

＜１　について＞
私がいた会社は、朝　９時の始業にも関わらず、ある取引先はいつも、８：３０前に電話をしてくるのです。
その上、「すぐにコールバックをしてほしい」と依頼してきました。でも、折り返しすると、緊急事態ではないんです。

＜２　について＞

その時、ある会社と取引を始めるために、すでに、何種類かの書類を提出していたんです。その提出後すぐに、その会社から、あるフォームを提出してほしいといわれ、その内容が、直前に提出した書類の内容とほとんど同じだったんです。

その上、その依頼された日中に、提出するように・・・お願いされました。

私は、その時に、私たちの会社への「配慮」がまったくないと感じちゃったんです。

私の経験からいくと・・・このような状況下で、いい関係をつくっていくことは、とても難しい。

だから、「第６感」で感じたときは、

起こった事実を注意深く、チェックして、分析するようにしています。

「羨ましい」ではなく「尊敬」へ　Respect Someone Not Envy

Long time !!

I was quite busy from the end of the last week to the beginning of this week. Sorry.

Well, I heard a good story from my Canadian English teacher last week, so I want to share it today.
I wonder what kind of topic we had when I listened this story.

As far as I remember, she seemed to start this story from this sentence.

"My Japanese students often use "envy" in their conversations."

And then she kept on talking,

"I used to be told by my mother that

I should not "envy" others because all people are different.

If you envy someone else, you should envy your siblings. This is because they have same gene as you."

Her mom's remarks might come from her beleif as a Christian.

She added,

"so I've almost never use envy. Usually, I choose "admire" or "respect" instead of "envy."
I was so impressed　　 with this story.

In my feeling,　saying "admire" or "respect" seems to be admitting the others' natures without jealous from the bottom of the heart.

Moreover, the meaning of choosing these words, admire or respect, makes me feel the the attitude to try to learn something from others who have a lot of potential

I hope to be this sort of people who admire or respect someone with a lot of talent.

お久しぶりです。
先週末から、今週の初めにかけて、ちょっと忙しかったんです。　ごめんなさい。

さて、先週、素敵な話を　私のカナダ人の英語の先生から聞いたので、みなさんとシェアしたいと思います。
何の話をしていた時にこの話を聞いたんだろう

私の記憶が確かなら・・・
彼女は、次の言葉から、この話を始めた気がするのですが・・・

『日本の学生はよく、「羨ましい」って、言うよね。』　そして、話を続けました。

『昔、よく母親から、言われたの。

「みんな違う人間なんだから、羨ましい　と思うべきではない」　もし、誰かを羨むなら、兄弟を羨むべきよ。　だって、あなたと同じ遺伝子なんだから・・・』

彼女のお母さんの言葉は、もしかすると、『キリスト教徒』　としての信条からきているのかもしれないですね。

そして、先生は付け加えました。
『だから、私ほとんど、「羨ましい」って使わないの。その代りに　「素敵だと思う」　とか　「尊敬する」　という言葉を選ぶの』

なんか、感動してしまいました。

これは、私の感じ方なんですけど・・・「素敵ですね。」とか「尊敬する」とかって、そのひとの『本質』を心のそこから認めている気がするんです。　なんか、”ジェラシー”　とかない感じで・・・

そして、「admire」とか「respect」を選ぶ時点で、その素敵な可能性をもっている人たちから、「学ぼうとしている姿勢」を感じるんですよね。

私も「そんな人でありたい」と思うのでした。
