Another shot of the same two ponies. Probably should have added a different one, but the rest just came out so blah. At least I got all of the weird chemicals out of their hair.

But now, I have a large herd of ponies hanging out in my kitchen. The colors are kind of nice though.

It seems very likely that I will be moving in a couple of weeks since it looks like we will be closing on that house. I'm very excited to be able to decorate how I want. ☆彡

I'm getting a major hair change today~ Black and purple from my usual mix of brown and blonde. I am super excited for something very different. (*^-^)b Granted my wardrobe needs a bit of change to accommodate this hair, but it'll be worth it.

What else? Uhhh going to Dir en grey in December when they hit the US. It'll be my first concert this year. (ﾉ_･｡) This is a horrible concert year so far for me. No one has really come to Chicago at all. And I couldn't get tickets to Tori Amos.. stupid scalpers. Why do they end up with all of the tickets???

It isn't that I'm not still interested, or that I don't care; it is more that I can't make them the same priority that I used to. I find myself more and more involved in my relationship and in politics, and less and less in music and friends.

And it isn't that I want it to be that way, but that is just how it is. I'm pretty torn about it honestly. Music especially has always been important to me, but being involved the way I was for the last 15 years of my life... well it just isn't possible for me any more. For a lot of reasons. I'm not happy about it, but there it is anyway.

I guess it is really that I'm becoming old :) Properly I guess I should say, I'm becoming more adult. And adults have to make choices that they don't always like.

I miss spending lots of time with my friends, and doing things, but we can never manage to meet up any more it seems. Jobs get in the way~ And it can take weeks or months before I can see someone. A lot of my friends have been getting married in the last year too.

And moving out of course. I'll be doing that soon myself, if everything works out.

My life is so different than it was in 2006, when I first went to Japan.

I'm collecting different things, doing different things, friends with different people. It is all different.

Maybe after I move, I'll be able to focus back on many of the activities I've had to put on hold in the last year or so.

I can't wait to get him more clothes!! ATELIER BOZ suits him so well, but I wonder if Alice and the Pirates will fit him? (^_^;) He is rather tall, and has long arms...
